A remake of last cup game with similar teams on paper. This time OG dominated the game in terms of chances but lacked finishing to kill the game in 2nd half which Aioli took advantage off. Even first half in terms of possession with 2 teams trying to keep the ball. A very hot weather made it hard for the teams to impose any pace on the game. OG should have opened the score lines couple of times especially when Guillaume lost his 1vs1 with the keeper. But 0-0- HT. Similar second half with a slow pace, but OG managed to convert Mab's free kick very well headed by Hugo early on in the half. We then locked down the game and let Aioli took control of the ball allowing us to counter attack quickly with the few energy left in the tank. We could have secure the game but missed our opportunities. Aioli brought on the pitch some fresh legs and their Fellaini like midfielder score a nice goal to make it 1-1. A late red card for Aioli did not change anything. We pushed to recover our lead but could not convert it. Another draw against Aioli. Not a good operation for any of the team in terms of points, but another spirited performance from OG. MOM Gaulois: A lots of contender but Max S got the reward for a impressive performance as right back. MOM Aioli: Ichi again. Very hard to mark him and take the ball off his feet.

Close Game

A very hot day, the game was played at a relaxed pace. Both teams had chances first half but 0-0 at HT. Second half started with OG getting ahead after a nice header from a corner. We got going shortly after and created a few good opportunities. Salem made a difference and played a nice 1-2 with benji on the right wing and finished well in off the post. 1-1 10 mins left and all to play for. Pablo was given a red card for pulling back a player 40m from goal and took a nice right hook on the chin to top it off. We pushed on with 10 men but couldn't get the winner. Well done to all for a big effort. Next up casuals
