Defending champions show intend !

TGA Rangers took a vital win over a Vikings team that have been struggling to find their 1st half firm. It was 3-0 at half time and the defending champions have now entered what looks to be a two horse race for the title. SCC however looks ever confident and did not leave much for Nippon FC in a convincing 8-1 win. Elsewhere both Aioli and Hotspurs made their intentions clear in the race for 4th with the Vikings in 3rd in need of some points to keep them at bay.

Aioli played a disciplined and convincing game against Latini FC - who bid farewell to key player JT -  and ran away 6-0 winners, while Hotspurs continue an impressive run of form in 2017 with a 4-0 win away to Casuals. Gaelic Lions and OG are also in the 6 team race for 4th and with wins over Swiss and Hibs it looks like we are entering a very exciting last 2 months !

In the coming weekend the two in form team TGA and Hotspurs are squaring off at 3pm at Turf City, while at the neighbouring pitch Aioli will seek to continue their run of form against the Vikings. Already on Friday night Gaelic will continue their charge for te top half when facing Nippon, while an old rivalry of Latini vs SCC will be at display on dempsey on saturday 5pm. Steady OG are facing a German Allstars team that havent hit the heights of 2016 while Hibs and Casuals are both looking to put three points on the board after a tough February.
