SCC secured a convincing 6-2 win against 3rd placed German Allstars thanks to 6 goal from the free scoring striker Liam Shotton. Elsewhere defending champions TGA Rangers came from behind with 15 minutes to go to beat Swiss FC 3-2, in game that could have gone either way. League topscorer Sharples scored a brace and once again showed that he is a handful for any Cosmo league defense.
Vikings continued their good run of form with a 6-0 win against Latini where the game remained tight for the first 60 minutes before Vikings punctured the game with a couple of well taken goals. For Vikings Tommie Sorensen increased his goal tally to 12 goals with a hattrick squeezing himself in to second spot behind Sharples and ahead of SCC striking duo Shotton and O'Shea. In the 5pm kick off at Turf City, Hotspurs secured their 3rd win on the throt with a 3-2 victory vs O.Gaulois. For Hotspurs Matt Young scored twice and won a well deserved man of the match from his team, while for Gaulois two goals from Remi Tache was not enough on the day.
