Marcus Went Hibs won the game with a bit of luck at the end of a competitive game with Hotspurs in this rearranged game. After finally locating a kit (thanks to Xav) as Hari Raya caught us out, we got underway and Hotspurs had the first chance when Hibs dithered and the ball glanced off the crossbar, but Hibs gradually applied some pressure and Darshan had a good chance when the ball was presented to him on the edge of the area. No real glaring chances just silky Sergio touches to excite the spectators. Hibs took the lead though now leading scorer, Bolts, who lobbed his header over the keeper from a Will free-kick. Hibs searched for a second as Hotspurs seemed to tire and Sergio was denied by last-ditch defending, Marcus and Xav came close. Ally came on to add some composure and Hotspurs worked it nicely down the right and squared it for a tap-in equaliser with 15 left to play. The game could have gone either way at this stage, but Darshan picked the ball up high and wide and got to the bye-line and his cross/shot was bundled in by Hotspurs to give Hibs their tenth win of the season. MoM was Will as he and Maayan held down the midfield playing against 3 in less familiar roles due to absentees.
