Cloudy afternoon for the Vikings

Vikings only manage to get a 2-2 draw against a very aggressive Japanese team. Silly mistakes lead to Viking being 2-0 down after 40min but we got one back just before the break. Backham'ish cross from Thor found Dragsbaek's head and the ball was directed into the top corner. 2nd half was dominated by the Vikings, which show a completely different energy after the tea break, and the pressure paid off after 70min when Dragsbaek for the 2nd time scored on a header. Thanks to the Japanese and officials for a good/fair game.

Struggling to achieve first victory...

FC Nippon`s aiming for this game is to WIN as we have not obtained victory after resuming league. 1st half : 2-1 FC Nippon dominated 1st half with aggresive pressure to Vikings and moved forward quickly while Vikings made several chances by corner kick and free kick. 15: GOAL by Kaneko`s superb FK. (1-0) 40: Uchida took a shot which was blocked by DF but Yamaguchi got a header goal! (2-0) 42: Vikings made a beautiful cross from right side and got a tremendous header goal. (2-1) 2nd half : 0-1 Vikings was very aggresive and placed many people at high position while FC Nippon coulnd`t creat enough chances to get scores. 63: FC Nippon allowed a tying goal by header. (2-2) Overall, game itself was very clean and good game. However, FC Nippon could not achieve first victory again with lack of scoring ability.
