Should have scored 5 or 6

The pitch was misty after the rain. 15: the game was even. 19: Yuuki's fast pass between Hibs DFs found FW Imai. His shot was good but Hibs GK was better. 26-31: Hibs dominated. Had several chances but their shot lacked a bit of precision. 45-53: Hibs dominated again. 56: Yuki got FK and Nippon pressurized. The ball went into Hibs goal but was off-side. 58: Hibs pressurized toward our goal and made. (0-1) 63: Hibs started to became fatigued. The use late foul to prevent our attacking. Then riku got a penalty. Nakada made it. (1-1) 78: Nippon dominated the game. Had several chances. 84: The Hibs GK missed Asukabe's shot from far range. I guess he couldn't see well over heavy mist. (2-1) Most of players thought this is dramatic end of the game. But one of the our MF complained we should have scored 5 or 6.

Point Disappear into the mist

Hibs came away with nothing from the battle with Nippon as they let a lead slip away. Hibs dominated the first half and created good chances. It was soon left to the bunch nobody knows to win the game as Dan was again clattered and had to come off because he couldn't see. His replacement, Andy, hit the bar and also had a goal ruled out for handball. Nippon were in it more in the second half and Tommy had some work to do and clearances became a bit more stretched. It was not easy to see the other side of the pitch as the mist drew in, but after some scrappy play, Buffy jinked and placed his effort in the far corner brilliantly for a deserved lead. Nippon won some headers in midfield somehow too often and then broke free and Tommy brought down the striker for a penalty which was the equaliser. Andy had a couple of chances and Julio too. Col headed wide and Nippon started to believe. It looked like a draw was most likely, but a looping Nippon shot somehow beat poor Tommy. Hibs couldn't force an equaliser and well done to Nippon who now lead the bottom half mini-league. MoM - Buffy Oppo MoM - no44
