Close Encounter

After a disappointing result against Gaelic, Latini were up next, always a challenging opposition. Hotspurs set up slightly more rigid that in previous weeks and frustrated the opposition with their tireless work from all. An early Latini goal followed by a lovely finish from Sam R-V to level the score. A contentious goal from what seemed offside put Latini in front before Hotspurs fought back to bring the score line to 3-3. With both teams having chances to take the lead, Latini broke from a Hotspurs corner and took a man out for a second yellow, a tough final 15 were in store for Hotspurs. Unfortunately Latini managed to find the back of the net from a corner and finish off the game. A close game with full commitment.
