Disappointing

Coming into the game with a strong squad, the outcome was somewhat disappointing and 6-0 doesn’t quite reflect the game. That being said, Gaelic were clinical throughout, something Hotspurs need to work on after a number of good chances. We move on.

Balancing the ledger

After last week's mauling, we will take that. Probably not a 6 nil-er and a couple of chances from pressure before half time could have made it a different game. Steady all way through taking our chances every 15 or so. Lovely opener from outside the box from Ilyas after a one two with Dom. Skipped along the wet surface into the bottom corner. Daiki found Xav with a header for number 2. Third came as we broke from a corner (that pressure). Xav squared to Zac. HT. Dom played Daiki through for a well worked 4th. Daiki paid him back heading across goal from a corner for Dom to slot. 6th came from Hans coming out from the back and playing in Zac who rounded the keeper and a MoM performance. Dangerous throughout. Number of great games from Dom, Hans and debutant Paddy. Next up The Sunday Game... Dan, Dan, Dan, DAN, De De Dan...
